Man From Iron Bark Festival
The festival will be held on Saturday 7th of April. Starting at 10AM with a parade, everyone is welcome to join in. There will be stalls, an art exhibition featuring Bill O'Shae and Lee Wilson. There will be a Billy Boiling competition and a shaving competition and a mass reciting of the poem The Man from Ironbark. There will be Easter egg hunts and pavement drawing for the kids. There will be poetry and food, and it will conclude with a bush dance with the Blowfly'z Bush Band.

Cobbora Coal Project Celebrity Gold Classic
February 24th, the Cobbora Coal Project Celebrity Gold Classic will be held at Mudgee Gold Club. Get a team together for a unique 6 person Ambrose, and join the likes of Peter Sterling, Lucas Parsons, David Peachy, and Tim Gilbert to support charities such as the Breast Cancer Foundation, Pioneer House and the Mudgee Junior Golfers. The day finishes with a dinner (included in team costs) and charity auction at Blue Wren Wines.
Prizes include a Titleist 910 driver for each player in the winning team (gross), and a Tailor Made R11S driver for each player in the winning team (net). Dubbo Ratepayers and Residents Assocation
The Dubbo Ratepayers and Residents Association meets every 1st Wednesday of the month at the Dubbo Railway Bowling Club (Erskine Street) meeting room at 7pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.
