Ingenia Gardens | "Aussie Helpers" Farmers Fundraiser | Postponed

Ingenia Gardens better known to us as “Wheeler's Gardens”, have now postponed their “Aussie Helpers” Farmers Fundraiser Appeal until Saturday 13 th October, 2018.

It will run 9AM-12PM, Ingenia Gardens are hoping to raise 10-Thousand-Dollars if possible…they have already raised half of that.

All Proceeds go to "Aussie Helpers" Fund

Dubbo Farmers Markets | 1st & 3rd Saturday of the Month

On the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month - rain, hail or shine locals and visitors alike get together to enjoy and appreciate the feast of fresher, tastier produce from your local producers. 


Held from 8 am to 12 noon on the lawn of the home of the Dubbo Farmers Market, The Macquarie Lions Park, situated behind the Visitor Information Centre on the corner of Newell Highway and Macquarie Street, Dubbo. 

The markets offer a range of seasonal fresh produce, fresh fruit and vegetables, herbs and plants. 

There is also fresh bread, a selection of local pork, beef and lamb, award winning olive oils, preserves, jams, marinates honey, wine, nuts and so much more. 

Enjoy our fresh breakfast and coffee options with family and friends before you start exploring the regional produce, sampling and taking home all the goodies you will need to prepare your own gourmet dishes at home.

Eumungerie Rural Fire Service is holding a fundraiser called "Fireies for Farmers" Market Day with added extras.

29th September from 8:00am

All proceeds going to Drought Stricken Farmers. BBQ, Hot and Cold beverages, pampering session, massages. If you are ready to do a spring clean and would like to sell anything, come along and book a table for $10 and that will be donated to Dubbo CWA along with all proceeds made on the day.

Hear Our Heart Ear Bus Project | Hearing Testing Community Days

Hear Our Heart Ear Bus Charity provide Free Ear Health Checks and Hearing Testing for children aged 0 to 18 years.

Community Days are coming up in the next two months.

A Community Day appointment is provided to toddlers, preschool children and those school children at their office in Dubbo. Testing is performed in the Ear Bus. It is open to anyone from any town. Often Australian Hearing refer children to us for a simple hearing test. Testing is conducted at their Office in Erskine Street, Dubbo by the Audiologist.
